Hi Family,
It’s time again to catch up on all the news, information and activities that's in store for you at Kingsway Christian Church.
Please have a read through this month’s newsletter and contact us if you have any questions.

Join us as we thank God for a decade of provision and blessing!

It will be a day filled with thanksgiving, fellowship and fun as we celebrate 10 years
of Kingsway Christian Church, whilst also enjoying our annual Potjiekos (stew)
Family Lunch after the morning service.

Time:  9:30am Morning Service, followed by 11am Potjiekos Lunch
What to bring:  Picnic mat or camping chairs, drinks or snacks

Want to make a Potjie (stew)?
If you want to make a pot or willing to bring along a pot to share, please
send us a message

The Governor's Prayer Breakfast is an annual event where state leaders join with the
community in fellowship and prayer for Western Australia.

Kingsway Church has booked a few spots for the event.
If you would like to come along please send an email to the Office or
message on the Church App.

Date:  Friday, 8 September 2023
Time:  7:15am - 9:15am
Where:  Crown Ballroom, Crown Perth, Great Eastern Hwy, Burswood WA 6100

The Discipleship Conference is a one-day discipleship conference which include
speakers such as Ps Benny Ho, Peter Tsukahira, and Dale Stephenson.

There will be sessions where you can choose a specific workshop on the same day.
These workshops will look at practical discipleship tips, and cater for the specific
age groups or life stages people are in.

Date:  Saturday, 16 September 2023
Time:  9am - 3:30pm
Where:  Faith Community Church, 1 Todtiana CL, Willetton WA 6155
Cost:  Normal tickets (ends 10 September) - $50 per person
On the day registration (walk-in on 16 September) - $60 per person

A seperate kids programme will be provided for children aged between 6 - 12 years old.
Limited to 50 kids only (you have to register for them).  
Parents with kids under 6 years old can use the creche which is free of charge.

The next Baby Dedication service will be held on
Sunday, 1 October 2023 during the Morning Service.

If you want to dedicate your child, please send us a message
on the Church App or and email to the Church Office.

Baptism is an important step of obedience that shows others we have personally
trusted Jesus for our salvation.  Water baptism is a public declaration that you
are a follower of Jesus Christ, and that you are beginning a changed life in Christ!
If this is a step that you would like to take please join us on Sunday, 8 October 2023
 after the morning service!

discuss the decision you have made and give you further information
regarding our Baptism service!

Bible School - Holy Spirit - 8 October 2023
Come experience how the Holy Spirit guides us.
It is a 4-week bible school course, led by Ps Jean
Note:  Registrations for this event will open up closer to the time.

Congregational Encounter - 15 October 2023
A night of worship, prayer and praise as we press into the Spirit
and have an encounter with God.

Ladies High Tea - 21 October 2023
Come and enjoy an afternoon of tea, treats and fellowship.
This will be an event for all ages, so please invite your daughters,
friends, mothers along.
